Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full-service fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

A deposit may be required for certain treatments or group bookings.
